RESERVATIONS
All reservations should be made in writing either by fax,
letter or e-mail.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of $100 is required to confirm space
on any tour. Further deposits may be requried to guarantee
hotel space and these will be requested when necessary. Reservations
made within 30 days of departure date require full payment
at time of booking plus aditional charges, if any, for expenses
incurred due to special mailing, communications costs etc
FINAL
PAYMENT
Final payment for tours is due 30 days prior to trip date.
If this final installment is not received when due, Syracurse Tours reserves the right to trat the reservation
as cancelled.
FORM
OF PAYMENT
All payments may be made by check or money order drawn on
a U.S. bank. Checks should be made payable to “Syracuse Tours ” and forwarded to:

Payments may also be made by direct wire transfer to: We must
be advised each time you send a wire transfer - i.e. the date
sent, amount sent and what the payment is for. This is the
only way we can trace these transfers.
A NOTE ABOUT PRICES
Prices are accurate and available at time of publication.
Prices do not include air fare unless otherwise stated. Syracuse Tours reserves the right to alter quoted prices
to reflect changes in local air fares, land services or sales
tax increases.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Syracuse Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation which
could affect the company in any way (libel / slander, economical
loss, or any other).
Rights to refunds if you change or cancel your reservation is
limited. The following fees apply:
" 30 to 15 days prior arrival in C.R.- $50 plus all penalties
& costs
" 14 to 4 days prior arrival in C.R. - 50% of tour plus all
penalties & costs
" 3 days prior arrival in C.R. - NO REFUND
" Bookings from Dec 16 to Jan 10 and for Easter Week are
non-refundable.
All penalty fees are applicable above and beyond any air ticket
cost. Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will
be made for unused travel services, nor is the price or value
exchangeable for alternative services.
Late bookings:
Syracuse Tours does take late bookings but they should be paid
as soon as the reservations are confirmed.
Rates subject to change without notice:
Rates are subject to change without notice since might be alternative
routes to be taken according to the client needs or cost fluctuations.
Insurance:
We recommend that travelers purchase short-term travel insurance
covering baggage loss, accident/life and trip cancellations. This
is available through many travel agencies and through leading
insurance companies.
Payment:
In order to provide the outmost security to all parties involved
payments are accepted by personal checks, Visa credit card or
wire transfer only. Late Payments from banks outside of the United
States require payment by bank draft in U.S. dollars. Expenses
for mailing checks and wire transfers commissions are not covered
by Syracuse Tours.
Documentation:
U.S. citizens need to have a valid passport (visa is required
for some countries). It is the responsibility of all those traveling
to obtain information and proper documentation. Syracuse Tours
and its agents accept no responsibility for changes in documentation
requirements nor for any departure or entry denials. Passengers
denied boarding for lack of documentation will receive no refund.
Full cancellation policies apply to cancellations due to incorrect
documentation.
Schedule Changes and Delays:
All travel itineraries are based on the best information available
at the time of confirmation. Due to the nature of international
travel changes to schedules and itineraries may be necessary and
may also prevent some of the scheduled activities to be completed.
NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN FOR SUCH ELIMINATION. We do not accept
economic and civil responsibilities for losses or accidental expenses
due to changes or delays in airline or hotel overbooking, defaults,
weather, strikes, sickness, war, riots, theft, acts of nature,
vandalism, medical and hospitalization expenses or any other causes
not within the power of Syracuse Tours . All such losses or expenses
are the responsibility and are assumed by the traveler.
Responsibility:
All travel documents and vouchers issued by Syracuse Tours and
its agents are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier,
to the laws of their countries, and to international conventions
between countries. The traveler agrees that Syracuse Tours , its
agents, affiliates and employees, shall not be liable for any
damages and losses incurred, or any other causes not within the
power of Syracuse Tours . We do not accept economic and civil
responsibilities for losses or accidental expenses due to hotel
overbooking, defaults, weather, strikes, sickness, war, riots,
theft, acts of nature, vandalism, medical and hospitalization
expenses or any other causes not within the power of Syracuse
Tours . All such losses or expenses are the responsibility and
are assumed by the traveler. All participants expressly wave any
and all rights which one may have against Syracuse Tours its agents,
officers, or employees caused by the negligence of such persons
in connection with foregoing. Under no circumstance is Syracuse
Tours to be construed as a carrier or common carrier under contract
for safe passage of the traveler or for luggage and/or belongings.
By enrolling in and tendering payment for any and all services
participants agree to accept and agree to be bound by the terms
and conditions on this Web Site. No other person other than an
officer of Syracuse Tours , by document in writing , is authorized
to waive or alter any condition with the foregoing
DOMESTIC FLIGHT
Syracuse Tours acts solely as agents for the purchase of
domestic airline tickets and the passage contract in use shall
constitute the sole contract between the airline and the passenger.
Syracuse Tours is not responsible for cancellations or
delays of domestic flights nor for any lost services as result
of same. Domestic flights are regularly scheduled. In the case
non-operation of a domestic flight for any reason, the client
will be responsible for any additional expenses or wil pay the
difference for a charter plane.
CONDUCT
The right is reserved to decline to acsept or to retain any person
as a tour member for any reason which affects the operation of
the tour or the rights and welfare or enjoyment of the other tour
members, and a refund of the recoverable land tour services is
the limit of Syracuse Tours’s responsibility.
HEALTH PROBLEMS
Persons with medical problems should made them known to Syracuse Tours before departure. We reserve the right to
disqualify anyone at any time during the tour if it is felt that
the individual is physically incapable and/or if that individuals’
continued participation will jeopardize the safety or the group
or handicap the normal functioning of scheduling of the tour.
Syracuse Tours assumes no responsibility for special arrangements
necessary or problems experienced for or by passengers physically
unable to participate in the planned activities. |
